A sourcing service, not a warehouse

Heavy Tarp Supply is a brand of Qualitora LLC, a US company registered in New Mexico (Business ID 7688237, verifiable at the state registry; D-U-N-S 13-229-4817). We source flatbed truck tarps for fleets and professional buyers who plan their purchases: lumber tarps, steel tarps, coil tarps.

We are not a manufacturer, and we hold no stock. What we sell is the absence of a specific, expensive surprise: the tarp that arrives lighter than what was paid for, with fewer rings than the listing photo, and fails at the customer's dock. Our process exists to make that surprise impossible to have quietly.

How it works

1. The spec is written first. Fabric weight, tensile and adhesion values, seams, hardware and its count, drop and dimensions. Our spec checker builds the block; you approve it before anything is priced.
2. The quote documents everything. Delivery terms, importer-of-record setup and duty assumptions, in writing. Classification is validated by a licensed customs broker before we commit numbers to paper.
3. Reception is a check, not a feeling. Weight on a cutting, dimensions and drop, hardware count, pull test. Every check compares against the written spec.

Where the figures come from

Every figure on this site carries its source and its level: N1 official sources read directly (USITC tariff, CBP rulings, Federal Register), N2 published US vendor figures with their date, N3 practitioner threads that establish the pain and never a spec value, and factory-stated claims labeled as claims until a real quote verifies them. A figure the sources do not give is stated as missing. One example we publish rather than hide: no official statistic isolates the flatbed share of US carriers, so we do not estimate it.

What we refuse, and why it protects you

• No load securement equipment of any kind: straps, chains, binders, hooks. Their ratings certify life safety we cannot verify. A tarp covers a load; what holds the load is a different trade and we name it as out of scope.
• No order below the factory MOQ dressed up as available.
• No certification we do not hold. No stock we do not have: phase 1 sells nothing.

A supplier who never says no is quoting you blind. The refusals above are the same discipline as the written spec: they keep every promise on this site checkable.
