Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how HeavyTarpSupply.com, a service operated by Qualitora LLC ("we", "us"), handles information collected through this website.
Information we collect
When you submit our contact or quote forms we collect the details you provide, typically your name, email address, company (optional), phone (optional) and the content of your request. Apart from how your visit reached us and the site analytics, both described below, we do not knowingly collect any other personal data through this site.
How your visit reached us
A form you send also tells us how your visit reached us: the first page you opened on this site, the page you opened the form from, the website that sent you here, by name only (for example google.com), and the campaign tags of the link you followed, if any. Until you send a form, this stays in your browser, in the current tab only, with no cookie. We use it only to learn which pages and sources lead to enquiries.
How we use it
Details entered into our buying tools and purchase brief are processed in your browser. The result is kept in the current tab for transfer to a form; export a copy if you want to keep it. These entries are sent to us only when you submit a form containing them. Tool measurement events describe the action and tarp family, never the text you enter.
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to coordinate a quote. We do not sell your information.
Form processing
Form submissions are transmitted through a third-party form-delivery service (Web3Forms) which forwards them to our email. Your message passes through their systems for delivery only.
Hosting and analytics
This site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used: which pages are read and where visits come from. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data. For visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics consent is denied by default: no analytics cookie is set, and Google Analytics receives only cookieless signals that do not directly identify you. Google explains how it collects and processes this data on its page "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services". If advertising or additional analytics tools are introduced, this policy and our consent practices will be updated accordingly.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you sent us by writing to the address on our Legal Notice page.
