3 quick steps. No commitment. The spec comes back to you in writing before any number.
Step 1 of 3: What do you need?
Declared entry MOQs for custom work: about 50 pieces declared by two factories; 100 by a third. The entry MOQs declared so far are for flatbed tarps (about 50 pieces declared by two factories; 100 by a third); for hay tarps, the MOQ comes with the quote. Smaller quantities are worth asking about, and we answer honestly if a factory order does not exist at your size.
If you count sets, state how many pieces are in each set. Approximate counts are fine. See the fleet lot example.
Not sure? The size calculator works it out from your trailer and load.
A hay tarp is sized over the stack, not to its footprint. Not sure? The size calculator works it out from your bales and stack.
The published reference for flatbed service is 18 oz; reception checks the real weight on a cutting.
Hay tarp vendors publish thickness in mil and weight in oz per square yard, and the two do not track each other: state both, and reception measures both.
Published grommet spacings run from 18 to 36 inches: the quote counts them rather than describing them.
Not sure is fine. We recommend the right setup, including who acts as importer of record.
Declared factory production time: 3 to 4 weeks, before freight. The production time declared so far is for flatbed tarps (3 to 4 weeks, before freight); for hay tarps, it comes with the quote. Planned orders are what this service is for.
